Christine Schweitzer is a school support specialist for ROE4 and is dedicated to focusing on providing professional learning support. Christine is a seasoned educator and leader with over 23 years of experience in education working as an elementary teacher, advisor and coach for preservice teachers, statewide professional development provider for students and educators, and a three-term school board president. She has served on countless educational committees to inform and improve education in Illinois while recruiting and inspiring the next generation of educators.

About
Crissy Mombela is the Director of Programs and Initiatives for the Partnership for Resilience, where she fosters collaboration and leads efforts to strengthen trauma-responsive, community-centered education across Illinois public schools. With over twenty-five years of experience as a special education teacher and administrator, Crissy specializes in developing systems that foster connection, innovation, and a sense of belonging within school communities. She oversees the implementation of the Whole Child Program and facilitates the RSSI REACH initiative, working to improve outcomes for children by building strong partnerships among schools, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
