Mindful Foundations

In this self-paced course, participants new to mindfulness will investigate and engage with its pillars, and walk away with focused mindfulness practices that will help manage stress & physical/emotional pain as well as improve attention and communication. After all, in order for us to model mindfulness for our students, we must first practice it ourselves.
