Earn graduate credit for your online courses
The University of St. Francis (USF) recognizes that profound learning occurs in a variety of formal and informal settings. To encourage continuous life-long learning, USF offers professionals the opportunity to demonstrate their learning in unique settings and earn graduate credit for select experiences outside the traditional classroom structure. Making education accessible for students from all over the world, their doors are open to the students of all ages and any levels of experience. How to apply and earn

Complete an Anytime Learning Library course that offers graduate credit
To qualify for graduate credit, you must first successfully complete your course through ROE4's Anytime Learning Library. This means you have completed all assignments, exams, readings, etc. and earned your completion certificate and PDHs.Don't know if your course qualifies for grad credit? Visit the course home page or check within a course you are enrolled in. It will explicitly say if you can earn graduate credits and how many you can earn. -
Fill out an Experiential Interest Form through USF
To begin the registration process for the USF graduate course, please scroll to the Experiential Interest form near the bottom of the webpage, complete and submit. A University representative will send an email with directions to continue the registration process. If you are interested in this opportunity, please complete the form as soon as the Anytime Learning Library course has been completed. -
Important information
- You will have one year to register with USF once you've completed your Anytime Learning Library course. After this period, you forfeit your ability to earn graduate credit.
- You will need to complete any additional coursework from USF and meet their requirements to successfully earn your credits. Awarding of credits is entirely at the discretion of the course instructor/university.
- You will need to pay any additional fees through USF to enroll. The cost will be $150 for each credit hour.
- Once you fill out the application, allow 3-5 business days to get your login information and access your course through USF.
- If you have any questions about the application process, please contact USF directly, as ROE4 does not process gradate applications or credits.
